3 Year Old Provision
The legal ratio is 1 adult to 13 children at all times (3 adults per session). However we always try to have 4 adults, 1 of which is a qualified Teacher.
The three year old's have their own indoor and outdoor space. It is set up in the Windham way to make sure that we provide the very best for your children.
Children will be allocated a place to attend five morning sessions each week, or five afternoon sessions each week.
Free and paid for places in each session will be designated following the admissions criteria for Nursery Places in the London Borough of Richmond.
PART TIME 15 HOUR PLACE:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 11.30am or 12.45pm - 3.45pm
15 hr Funded place: Free
FUNDED 30 HOUR PLACE (8.30am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday):
8.30am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday: Free
Additional Option:
2.30pm - 3.45pm: £60 per week or £12 per session (These must be agreed in advance and for the term)
It is the parents responsiblility to provide the 30 hour code. This must be given to the Nursery in order for funding to be accessed.
FULL TIME PLACE (8.30am - 3.45pm):
This is a full day place inline with the schools opening hours as shown above.
The cost for this is place is £170 per week. Each place includes a 15 hour funded morning space (8.30-11.30am).
The charge for the extended session is from 11.30am - 3.45pm and includes the lunch club cost (Mon - Fri).

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
In addition to the above we ask for
- £20 per term contribution towards the cost of fruit.
- £25 per term voluntary donations towards extra curricular activities such as farm visits, easter living eggs, african drummers etc

.Helpful Notes on 30 Hour Funding
- The 30 hour funding is provided by HMRC and as such it is your responsibility to ensure you follow the government guidelines to remain eligable for this.
- You are able to apply for funding upto 16 weeks prior to your childs 3rd Birthday.
- This takes affect the term after you child turns 3 years old.
- This Must be applied for the term before you wish your child to start.
- It must be renewed termly
